According to the advertisement published by the commission, the commission may cancel such advertisement if the authority makes a written request to cancel the advertisement before the commencement of the examination.
(2) If there is any kind of irregularity in any examination center of the examination conducted by the Commission or if there is any obstacle and the examination cannot be conducted partially or completely, the Commission may cancel the examination of that day or part or all of the examination related to the advertisement, giving reasons.
